1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quintal Mind ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Quintal Mind provides real-time options analytics tools — including live options chains, spread calculators, and market data dashboards — for informational and research purposes only. Access to the Platform is provided on a paid subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles and are billed in advance at the start of each period
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
- In the event of a payment failure, access to the Platform may be suspended until the outstanding amount is cleared
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any data or functionality of the Platform
- Not use the Platform to engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
6. Not Financial Advice
All data, analytics, and tools provided on Quintal Mind are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading in derivatives carries significant risk of loss. Always consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before making trading decisions. Quintal Mind is not a SEBI-registered entity.
7. Market Data Disclaimer
Market data displayed on this Platform — including but not limited to option chain prices, indices, open interest, and implied volatility — is indicative and may be delayed. Data is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not reflect the most current market conditions at any given time.
- Quintal Mind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), NSE International Exchange (NSE IX), GIFT City, or any other stock exchange or regulatory body
- Data shown may differ from actual exchange prices — always verify with your broker before placing any trade
- Quintal Mind does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Platform
- Any reliance you place on the data is strictly at your own risk
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, data, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of Quintal Mind. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse of the service. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to policy violation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Quintal Mind is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on the Platform's data or tools. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate — always verify with your broker before executing any trades.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the latest revision will always be displayed on this page.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
